We started out with a wrong communication between Premier Lift and our shop in the back. The information wasn't pass on properly. So I was very mad at the beginning of the service request. But Rachel and Kevin from Premier Lift came thought with excellent and fast service for our forklift. I was critical about it at first because wrong info passed on to me but eventually my forklift got fixed in a very short time. I'm glade that I choose Premier Lift to come fix my forklift. Job well done, team.
