Premier Lift Equipment delivers CSA‑aligned forklift compliance, certified refurbishment standards, and a Universal Warranty program supporting all 7 Ontario regions and national customers. Every forklift undergoes a structured 100‑Point Quality Inspection and includes full compliance documentation.

1. CSA‑Aligned Compliance Standards

All refurbished forklifts meet or exceed CSA B335‑15 and Ontario Ministry of Labour safety requirements. Each unit is verified for:

  • Powertrain integrity
  • Hydraulic performance
  • Mast, chain, and carriage alignment
  • Electrical and control systems
  • Safety devices and operator protections

A full compliance checklist is included with every sale.

2. 100‑Point Quality Inspection

Every forklift is inspected across all major systems:

  • Powertrain

A written inspection report is provided.

3. Universal Warranty Coverage

4. Warranty Service Zones

Zone A — Local (0–60 km)

Full on‑site support. All approved repairs completed at your facility.

Zone B — Regional (61–150 km)

Includes Peterborough, Kitchener, Guelph, Cambridge.

On‑site support (travel surcharge) or Return‑to‑Base.

Zone C — Long‑Haul / National (151 km+)

Includes Ottawa, Northern Ontario, BC, USA.

Customer covers freight; Premier covers parts + shop labor.

5. Standard Exclusions

To maintain competitive pricing, the following are excluded:

  • Wear items (tires, forks, seats, bulbs, fuses, filters)
  • Operator‑related damage (impacts, overloading, fluid neglect)
  • Unauthorized third‑party repairs

6. Digital Diagnostic Protocol

All warranty claims begin with our Digital Diagnostic Protocol:

  1. Submit a short video/photo of the issue
  2. Master technicians review
  3. Premier authorizes on‑site or RTB repair
  4. Parts and labor scheduled immediately

7. Compliance Documentation Provided

Each unit includes:

  • 100‑Point Inspection Report
  • CSA Compliance Checklist
  • Battery & Charger Test (electric units)
  • Load Test Verification (where applicable)
  • Warranty Certificate
  • Service Zone Assignment

All refurbished forklifts include Premier’s Universal Warranty with parts & labor coverage on major components. Warranty support is delivered through our three‑zone service model:
• Zone A (0–60 km): Full on‑site support
• Zone B (61–150 km): On‑site (travel surcharge) or Return‑to‑Base
• Zone C (151+ km): Return‑to‑Base; customer covers freight; Premier covers parts + shop labor
