But Rachel and Kevin from Premier Lift came thought with excellent and fast service for our forklift. I was critical about it at first because wrong info passed on to me but eventually my forklift got fixed in a very short time. I'm glade that I choose Premier Lift to come fix my forklift. We had an urgent situation where our forklift wouldn’t start, and we had five loads scheduled to arrive that day. It was after 5 PM—well outside regular business hours—but when I called Premier Lift Equipment, they didn’t hesitate to step in and help. Despite the late hour, they were incredibly accommodating. Chris came out of his way, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the forklift up and running the same day. Thanks to his dedication, we avoided expensive storage fees and potential downtime. Yes, there was an after-hours/overtime fee, but honestly, I didn’t mind at all—because I was helped exactly when I needed it most.
